There is a large wood-burning oven in the yard. On Wednesday and Saturday* the logs are lit and it is pizza night. Grab a ball of pizza dough, roll it around and make something beautiful out of it with the fresh ingredients that are ready. The evening sun, a glass of cold lemonade and taste how delicious we can bake pizzas on the farmland. We end the pizza night with marshmallows by the campfire! <\/span><\/em><\/span><\/i><\/span><\/p>\n

We start with farmer’s vegetable soup and baguette with herb butter. Then the barbecue is lit in the outdoor kitchen: hamburgers and steak from our own farm, chicken skewers and shaslicks, and with many participations also grilled chicken. Asparagus with egg, ham and hollandaise sauce. Roasted corn on the cob (with butter), baked potato (with herb cream cheese) and stuffed bell pepper. Potato salad and a Chinese coleslaw.
