1General conditions

1. Bookings
Landhoeve only accepts bookings from persons aged 18 and over.
We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time – without giving reasons.

2. Group bookings
Special conditions may be imposed on, among other things, the accompaniment of a group,
While the purpose and size of the group can in certain cases lead to a group not being accepted.

3. Terms of payment
When booking, we charge a deposit of 30%.
The deposit must be paid within 24 hours, after which the booking is final.
No rights can be derived from a booking that has not been paid within these 24 hours.
If you have made a reservation with a third party, please contact us directly for the conditions and handling.

The balance of the booking amount is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
If payment of invoiced amounts is not timely or incomplete, we will send a payment reminder.
If the amount is not in our possession within 7 days after sending the payment reminder, we will send a (final) payment reminder (reminder).
If the amount is not in our possession within 7 days of sending the final payment reminder (demand), we will unilaterally dissolve the agreement and will notify the guest.
At that time, a cancellation fee of 30% of the total travel sum (equal to the deposit) will be deducted, so that we experience as little damage as possible from the cancelled booking.

4. Cancellation policy
We will only process a cancellation by e-mail.
– Cancellation within 24 hours of booking entitles you to a full refund of the booking amount.
– If cancelled up to the 42nd day before the start of the stay, the cancellation fee is 30% of the travel sum.
– For cancellation from the 42nd day to the 28th day before the start of the stay, the cancellation fee is 60% of the travel sum.
– For cancellation from the 28th day to the first day of stay, the cancellation fee is 90% of the travel price.
– If cancelled on the first day of stay or later, the cancellation fee is 100% of the travel sum.
For cancellation conditions, the arrival day, as mentioned in the reservation confirmation, applies.

In the event of a Covid-19 infection in the travel group:
Please contact us prior to arrival regarding your booking.
In the event of an infection in the travel group, you can change your booking to a later time, up to a maximum of 18 months after the original arrival date.

In the event that you want to rebook to a more expensive or cheaper period, the price difference will apply and the stay will be recalculated.
An official positive PCR test is required as proof to be able to make use of this additional condition.

5. Liability
The use of the accommodation and facilities at the Landhoeve is entirely at the risk of the tenant and users.
We accept no liability for:
– theft, loss or damage, of any kind, during or as a result of the stay on our farm;
– the disabling or decommissioning of technical equipment and the failure or closure of facilities at the Landhoeve.
– with regard to Covid-19, more specifically, everyone bears their own responsibility and any consequences that Covid-19 may have are at their own expense.

The renter and those accompanying him or her are jointly and severally liable for all loss and/or damage arising as a direct or indirect result of their stay, regardless of whether this was caused by acts or omissions of themselves or third parties who are on the Landhoeve due to their actions as well as of all damage caused by any animal and/or property in their possession.

Additional (cleaning) costs may be charged in case of improper use or improper abandonment of the accommodation, see also house rules.

6. House Rules Farm the Landhoeve

  • Arrival time 16:00 and departure time 10:00
  • Parking cars in the parking lot
  • It is strictly forbidden to enter the premises with a car due to small children.
  • Smoking is prohibited in all accommodations and indoor areas
  • It is not permitted to possess and/or use narcotics
  • It is mandatory to supervise children < 12 years old
  • Rest periods are between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
  • No sound equipment is allowed on the farm, including outside of rest periods
  • Visits are allowed, with more than 4 visitors only by arrangement
  • Parties or birthdays are only possible after consultation due to possible inconvenience to our other guests.
  • All accommodations are for recreational use only (tourist purposes) and therefore not intended as (temporary) business accommodation or temporary commuting!

Upon departure, we expect you to leave everything neat and clean:

  • Collect the bed linen (+ towels & kitchen linens) and put it in the designated laundry bag
  • Empty cold case (refrigerator) (and bring jars back to the store)
  • Clean up the dishes clean and dry
  • Bringing garbage (separated) to the waste site
  • Sweeping the floor
  • Anything that was not in the accommodation, return it to the store (buckets of eggs, dishes from e.g. breakfast basket etc.

In case of violation of the house rules and failure to follow instructions from employees of the Landhoeve, we may deny access to the premises without possibilities of refund.

6. Complaints
Despite all the care taken by our staff, it is possible that you have a justified complaint.
You must make this complaint known on the spot so that we can do everything we can to resolve it.
