Terms and conditions
1. Bookings
Landhoeve only accepts bookings from persons aged 18 and over.
We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time – without giving reasons.
2. Group bookings
Special conditions may be imposed on, among other things, the supervision of a group,
While the purpose and size of the group can in certain cases lead to a group not being accepted.
3. Payment Terms
When booking, we charge a deposit of 30%.
The deposit must be paid within 24 hours, after which the booking is final.
No rights can be derived from a booking that has not been paid within these 24 hours.
If you have made a reservation with a third party, please contact us directly for the conditions and handling.
The remainder of the booking amount must be paid 6 weeks before arrival.
In the event of late or incomplete payment of the invoiced amounts, we will send a payment reminder.
If the amount is not in our possession within 7 days after sending the payment reminder, we will send a (final) payment reminder (reminder).
If the amount is not in our possession within 7 days after sending the last payment reminder (reminder), we will unilaterally dissolve the agreement and inform the guest accordingly. At that time, a termination fee of 30% of the total travel sum (equal to the deposit) will be withheld, so that we experience as little damage as possible from the cancelled booking.

4. Cancellation policy
We will only process a cancellation by e-mail.
– If cancelled within 24 hours of booking, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
– In case of cancellation up to the 42nd day before the start of the stay, the cancellation costs are 30% of the travel sum.
– In case of cancellation from the 42nd day to the 28th day before the start of the stay, the cancellation costs are 60% of the travel sum.
– In case of cancellation from the 28th day to the first day of stay, the cancellation costs are 90% of the travel sum.
– In case of cancellation on the first day of stay or later, the cancellation costs are 100% of the travel sum.
The cancellation policy is subject to the day of arrival, as stated in the booking confirmation.

5. Liability
The use of the accommodation and facilities at the Landhoeve is entirely at the risk of the tenant and users.
We accept no liability for:
– theft, loss or damage, of whatever nature, during or as a result of the stay on our farm;
– the malfunctioning or deactivation of technical equipment and the failure or closure of facilities at the Landhoeve.
The tenant and the person accompanying him or her are jointly and severally liable for all loss and/or damage that arises as a direct or indirect result of their stay, regardless of whether this was caused by acts or omissions of themselves or of third parties who are at the Landhoeve through their actions, as well as for all damage caused by any animal and/or property that they have in their possession.
In the event of incorrect use or improper abandonment of the accommodation, additional (cleaning) costs may be charged, see also house rules.
6. House rules Boerderij de Landhoeve
- Arrival time 16.00 and departure time 10.00
- Car parking in the parking lot
- It is strictly forbidden to enter the site with a car due to small children
- Smoking is prohibited in all accommodations and indoor areas
- It is not allowed to possess and/or use narcotics
- It is mandatory to supervise children < 12 years old
- Rest times are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM
- Sound equipment is not allowed on the farm, even outside rest times
- Visits are allowed, with more than 4 visitors this is only possible in consultation
- Parties or birthdays are only possible in consultation due to any inconvenience for our other guests.
- All accommodations are exclusively intended for recreational use (tourist purposes) and therefore not intended as (temporary) business accommodation or temporary commuting accommodation!
When you leave, we expect you to leave everything neat and clean:
- Remove the bed linen (+ towels & kitchen linen) and put it in the designated laundry bag
- Empty the cool box (fridge) (and bring hot water bottles back to the shop)
- Clean and dry dishes
- Garbage (separated) to be brought to the waste site
- Sweep the floor
- Everything that was not present in the accommodation can be returned to the shop (buckets of the eggs, crockery of e.g. a breakfast basket etc.
In case of violation of the house rules and failure to follow instructions from employees of the Landhoeve, we can deny access to the site without possibilities for refund.
6. Complaints
Despite all the care of our staff, it is possible that you have a justified complaint.
You must make this complaint known on the spot so that we can do everything we can to resolve it.
